FTP / SFTP Access

FTP and SFTP allow you to transfer files between your computer and server using a dedicated client.

Connection Details

Find your FTP credentials in the Settings tab of your panel:

• Host: Shown in your panel settings
• Port: 21 for FTP, 2022 for SFTP
• Username: Your panel username + server ID
• Password: Your panel password

Recommended FTP Clients

• FileZilla - Free, cross-platform
• WinSCP - Windows only
• Cyberduck - Mac and Windows

SFTP vs FTP

We recommend SFTP (Secure FTP) as it encrypts your connection. Use port 2022 for SFTP connections.
