Managing Backups

Regular backups protect your server from data loss. PixelRaid provides automatic and manual backup options.

Automatic Backups

Your server is automatically backed up daily. These backups are retained for 7 days and can be restored from the Backups tab in your panel.

Creating Manual Backups

1. Go to the Backups tab in your panel
2. Click Create Backup
3. Enter a name to identify this backup
4. Wait for the backup to complete

Restoring a Backup

1. Stop your server
2. Go to Backups and find the backup you want
3. Click the restore icon
4. Confirm the restoration
5. Start your server once complete

Downloading Backups

Click the download icon next to any backup to save it to your computer. This is recommended before major changes.
