Troubleshooting

Mod Conflicts

When mods do not work together, your server may crash or behave unexpectedly.

Identifying Conflicts

Check the console for error messages mentioning specific mods. Look for:

  • Duplicate item or block IDs
  • Missing dependencies
  • Version mismatches
  • Incompatible mods listed in crash reports

Resolving Conflicts

  1. Remove mods one by one to identify the culprit
  2. Check mod pages for known incompatibilities
  3. Ensure all mods use the same Minecraft version
  4. Install required dependencies (libraries, APIs)
  5. Update mods to their latest versions

Testing Safely

Create a backup before adding new mods. Test with a small number of mods first, then add more gradually.
