Memory errors crash your server when it runs out of RAM. Here is how to fix them.

Signs of Memory Issues

• Server crashes with OutOfMemoryError
• Increasing lag before crashes
• Memory usage at 100% in panel

Solutions

1. Upgrade your plan - More RAM allows more players and plugins
2. Reduce view distance - Lower from 10 to 6-8
3. Remove heavy plugins - Dynmap and world editors use significant RAM
4. Limit entities - Cap mob spawning and item drops
5. Use Paper - Paper server software is more memory efficient

Monitoring Memory

Watch your RAM usage in the panel dashboard. If regularly above 80%, consider upgrading.
